Complaints

We hope you're completely satisfied with your order. However, it's always possible that something might not go quite right, or you might have a complaint. In that case, you can use our complaints procedure.

We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@fiestajewellery.nl . If this does not lead to a solution, you can register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur.

As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
