Ordering and payment
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay securely with iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, and Klarna. Choose the method that suits you best.
Can I also pay afterwards?
Yes, you can pay later via Klarna or credit card.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder. If you haven't received a confirmation there either, please contact us via the chat in the bottom right corner or by sending an email to klantenservice@fiestajewellery.nl.
Kan ik mijn bestelling nog wijzigen of annuleren?
Neem zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op via e-mail. Als je bestelling nog niet is verzonden, kijken we graag of we deze nog kunnen aanpassen.
Dispatch
How quickly will my order be shipped?
We'll ship your order within two business days with PostNL. PostNL usually delivers your package the next day. During peak periods, this may take longer.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €35. Shipping to Belgium is free for orders over €50. For orders under €35 (NL)/€50 (BE), we charge €4.40 (NL)/€9.50 (BE) shipping costs.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your package.
Warranty and returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return unused jewelry within 14 days of receipt. See our returns policy for more information.
Kan ik een sieraad ruilen?
Dat is mogelijk. Stuur het sieraad naar ons retour en neem even contact op, dan zorgen we dat je het juiste sieraad ontvangt.
Wat als mijn sieraad beschadigd aankomt?
Neem binnen 48 uur na ontvangst contact met ons op en stuur indien mogelijk een foto mee. We zoeken graag samen naar een passende oplossing.
Do I have a warranty on my jewelry?
We're committed to quality. If you experience a problem with your jewelry, please contact us within six months. We'll work with you to find a solution, such as repair or replacement.
