Shipping, returns, exchanges and warranty
We believe it's important that you're happy with your new jewelry, whether you're buying it for yourself or giving it as a gift. We use sustainable materials to ensure your jewelry lasts as long as possible. If there's a problem with your new jewelry, we're happy to resolve it for you!
Dispatch
Delivery time
Many of our jewelry pieces are handmade. This means we can't always guarantee next-day delivery. Therefore, please expect your jewelry to be shipped the day after you order. Where possible, your order will be shipped sooner! We ship all orders with a track & trace code.
Postage costs
Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €35. For orders under €35, the shipping costs are €4.40. Shipping to Belgium is free for orders over €50. Shipping to Belgium is €9.50 for orders under €50.
6 months warranty
Fiesta Jewellery offers a 6-month warranty from the date of shipment on any defects, such as loose stones, or damage resulting from shipping.
The 6-month warranty does not cover scratches or wear and tear. Jewelry that is stolen, lost, dropped, or damaged by third parties is also not covered by the warranty.
If you would like to make use of the warranty period, please send an email to klantenservice@fiestajewellery.nl with a description of the complaint, a photo, and the order number so we can assess it.
Returns
Is your jewelry not quite to your liking? You can always return it within 14 days without giving a reason. Send an email to klantenservice@fiestajewellery.nl with your order number and, if you'd like, a reason for returning it. This isn't mandatory, but we strive for perfection and would like to improve this for future customers.
After registering your return, you have 14 days to actually return your jewelry. If you return all your jewelry, you'll receive a full refund, including shipping costs, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
