Shipping, returns, exchanges and warranty

We want you to be happy with your new piece of jewellery, whether you are buying it for yourself or as a gift. We use sustainable materials to ensure your jewellery lasts as long as possible. If there is a problem with your new piece of jewellery after all? We are happy to solve it for you!

Shipping

Delivery time

Many of our pieces are handmade. This means we cannot always guarantee that your order will arrive the next day. Please keep in mind that your jewellery will be shipped no later than the day after you place your order. Where possible, your order will of course be sent out sooner! We ship all orders with a track & trace code.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping within the Netherlands is free on orders over € 49. For orders under € 49, you pay € 3.95 in shipping costs within the Netherlands. Shipping to Belgium is free on orders over € 75. The shipping costs to Belgium are € 9.50 for orders under € 75.

 

6 months warranty

Fiesta Jewellery offers you a 6-month warranty from the date of shipment on any defects, such as loose stones, or damage caused during shipping.

The 6-month warranty does not cover scratches or wear and tear from normal use. Jewellery that has been stolen, lost, dropped, or damaged by third parties is also not covered by the warranty.

If you would like to make use of the warranty period, please send an email to klantenservice@fiestajewellery.nl with a description of the complaint, a photo, and your order number so that we can assess it.

Returns

Is your piece of jewellery not quite what you expected? You are always welcome to return your piece within 14 days without giving a reason. Click here to create a return or send an email to klantenservice@fiestajewellery.nl with your order number and, if you would like to share, the reason for your return. This is not mandatory, but we strive for perfection and would love to improve our service for future customers.

After notifying us of your return, you have 14 days to actually send your jewellery back. If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
